COVID 19: You can still travel to Anah Project for help

We are an experienced and confidential support service for women fleeing any form of abuse. We are based in West Yorkshire, but accept women from all over the UK. We are still running as normal despite the pandemic.

How we can help

  • Safe accommodation

We provide safe, temporary refuge accommodation to BAMER (black, Asian, minority, ethnic and refugee) women, including those in same-sex relationships

  • A support network

We aim to educate women on their human rights, increase their confidence and regain their independence by delivering support that focuses on a woman’s individual needs

  • Training, education and employment

We offer in-house training sessions which act as a bridge for women to transition into training and educational opportunities outside of the refuge

More about what we do

“I felt like I was lifeless before, but now I feel human. Whereas before I felt useless, I am beginning to feel my independence growing, and I am very pleased with this. All this is taking place with the help and support I receive at Anah Project”
